You may return any product purchased from Target Joy, Inc. within 15 days of delivery for a full product refund or exchange.

Please enclose a copy of the packing slip/invoice along
with the merchandise you are returning.
Returns will be refunded in the form that the original payment was
received.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt by us. We've modified our shipping charges to save you money but deliver your order sooner. We charge slightly less than Media Mail prices but ship all orders via US Postal Service First Class Mail. This saves you money but you receive your order sooner due to faster delivery times.
Orders sent to addresses in Ohio will include 6.5 percent state sales tax on the amount of your order.
We e-mail you the day your order is shipped. If for any reason we cannot ship within five business days, we will e-mail you with the option to cancel your order.
